I met Jeff by chance while looking at a duplex in town (Golden), and we immediately hit it off and became friends, just because of his outgoing, friendly and confident demeanor. I have worked with Jeff on three separate transactions. He was the buyers agent for my first house, he referred an agent to me in California and he was my agent when we bought most recently in Castle Rock. I hesitated to give 5 stars for everything because who really does that who’s not lying or a robot? But I can’t find an area to knock Jeff down a star. I am a bit ashamed, but he’s getting all stars for all areas. Jeff not only was a knowledgeable realtor, but a great confidant in the process. I would ask him a million questions about the steps and about his suggestions, tips and projections, and he answered all my pestering emails promptly with great insight. I felt like I could trust him and his opinion, and felt like my opinion mattered throughout the process. I always knew where we were heading and never felt overwhelmed by all the steps. We started with Jeff selling our current home and liked him so much we had him help us buy our next home. The process was easy, he was great to work with and he made the entire experience painless. I discovered Jeff while researching my move to colorado through a friend who had used him. Jeff managed to work with me for a week while I visited from the east coast on a slam bam house hunt. In the past 1 year, we, as a family, have purchased 3 total properties in Colorado with the help of our one and only wonderful real estate agent, Jeff Fox. The first property was an investment property for my father, which he ended up buying without really seeing it (since we were on the east coast), all because Jeff went above and beyond to show us these properties using today’s advanced technologies like YouTube, FaceTime, etc. Our second property was a home for my fiance and myself that was selected and bought within one week of starting our search. My fiance took a one-week trip out to Colorado from the east coast to find our next home, and with everything going wrong in that week (offers falling through, seller’s market making it difficult, me not being there and resulting in tension and arguments with my fiance, etc.) Jeff really came through with the perfect solution of a house that met both of our needs.
