Mesa Meadows Neighborhood Golden CO
Mesa Meadows is a community of homes north of downtown Golden, just east of Ford St. This community backs up to North Table Mountain, and many of the homes have views facing west of the Foothills and Golden.
Homes in this neighborhood sell very fast, and do not come up very often. This community is popular because of its parks, access to the North Table Mountain Open Space, and its proximity to the Tucker Gulch Trail that connects these homes to Golden via a paved bike path.
In the past year, 13 homes have sold in this neighborhood, from a low of 337k to a high of 790k. Above ground sq footage ranges from just over 1000 sq ft for the older ranches near Ford St, to over 3000 sq feet in some of the larger and newer homes in the neighborhood. There is a great variety of homes as well, from large custom homes backing to open space, to two story and basic ranch plans. There are also some patio homes that back to tucker gulch as well.
This neighborhood sends kids to Mitchell Elementary, Bell Middle, and Golden High School. This neighborhood is about 1 mile from downtown Golden, shopping and restaurants. It boasts easy access to Highway 93 and highway 58 that leads to I 70.
