Applewood Neighborhood Golden, CO/Wheatridge,CO

Applewood is a community 4 miles east of downtown Golden off 32nd St, just West, and east of Youngfield St. and Highway 70.  Applewood is a great community for families who like larger and more mature yards.  If you are used to the large trees and yards of the midwest, this is one of the rare neighborhoods of Denver that will mirror that feel.  These properties are typically older, but the variety of homes is a plus for many families.

In this neighborhood you will find starter ranches built in the 1960's, larger ranch models with large yards, two story homes, tri level homes, and million dollar mansions as well.  Many of these homes surround South Table Mountain, or have views of South Table Mountain.
